‘Use it or lose it’

We’ve all heard the expression ‘use it or lose it’ and if you use a muscle you haven’t used for a while you certainly feel it over the following days. Short but regular exercises mobilising different muscles and joints can minimise this effect and help keep you flexible and active for as long as you want to be.

Of course, the ageing process & effects of gravity are going to happen BUT we do have the ability to slow it down by actively exercising the muscles to counter this effect.
We want to exercise to remain tall & strong for as long as is possible which also keeps our independence for life as well as our activity goals and dreams alive.
We work with our clients individually or in small groups to help them achieve their best level of health and fitness to do all that they want to achieve.
